Depression

A 1 -hour workshop is done by a qualified registered counsellor who assists individuals in state of depression, by providing tools on how to notice depression and how to counter it. Society is becoming increasingly aware of importance of a healthy mental state. The stigma around mental illnesses  like depression is slowly being removed. it is important to recognize these issues as legitimate medical cases that can be managed and supported in more effective ways. Trauma

This 1 hour workshop will equip and empower individuals to help themselves during traumatic events. This workshop will address trauma and the symptoms of trauma the difference between acute stress disorder and post traumatic stress disorder, trauma counselling basic as well as what to do and what not to do with trauma. Employees will learn practical strategies centered around establishing trauma informed practices and routines,forming and maintaining effective relationships and the acquisition of skills for increasing their own self awareness and emotional management in maintaining a trauma sensitive environment.

A Workshop aimed at providing tools to individuals to manage the mental state of well-being in which every individual realizes his/her own potential, can cope with the normal stressors of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to their community. A workshop aimed at helping individuals cope more effectively with stress and to remediate a number of specific problems associated with stressful situations. Achieved by an individual and/or group programs that are used and taught as a reliable and valid method of relaxation. During this workshop each individual is also assisted in making some changes in his internal reactions and behaviors toward particularly stressful situations.

A 1-hour workshop aimed at helping individuals cope more effectively with stress and to re-mediate a number of specific problems associated with stressful situations. Achieved by an individual and/or group programs that are used and taught as a reliable and valid method of relaxation using meditation and breathing exercises. During this consult each individual is also assisted in making some changes in his internal reactions and behaviours toward particularly stressful situations.
