Being on a meal plan and trying to stick to it methodically can be tricky!  Sweet snacks can be a part of a healthy diet and weight loss plans if they incorporated correctly. You can make your own, try to be creative by using Coconut oil or Almond butter or oatmeal. These good fats will help you feel fuller, so you will not have the tendency to eat what we call mindlessly, this is where you eat what you see and often it is not good for you.

In line with “an apple, a day keeps the doctor away”. A single piece of fruit can be incredibly satisfying or even better add a bit of honey. If you did not know this, honey acts as an appetite suppressant. Fruits that have a Low G.I (low glycemic index) help weight loss by reducing the need for insulin, the hormone that blocks fat burning. Fruits and vegetables are also high in fibre which helps you stay full for longer.

4.) Sweet Lemon Popsicles

Use honey as a sweetener and lemon juice. The acidity in the lemon juice helps digestion and lower the glycemic index in other foods you eat with it, which means helps you lose weight.

5.) Banana oatmeal and chocolate cookies

This is healthy, wholegrain sweet treat that targets weight loss and is easy to make. Keynote use cinnamon as a sweetener it will boost your weight loss efforts and target belly fat, which a lot of individuals struggle with.

6.) High Protein, Low calorie, Low carb Greek yoghurt

Now we going to get a little technical, but it will be good for you. Yoghurt is a great snack for weight loss because its high in protein. It also reduces inflammation in the stomach and keeps the bacteria in the stomach balanced, which is one of the key steps to losing weight and keeping it off. It is recommended to add some banana or a few dried cranberries for a bit of flavor.
